Technical boost for BTCC leader

PRLog (Press Release) - Sep 01, 2011 - Current Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) leader Mat Jackson has been given an extra boost in his bid to win this years' title thanks to a new technical partnership with wheel alignment specialist Pro-Align.

For each of the remaining four rounds of this years' Championship, his Airwaves Racing Ford Focus ST will undergo several complete wheel alignment checks during the race weekend using state-of-the-art Hunter wheel alignment equipment supplied by Pro-Align. By carrying out the four wheel alignment checks during race weekends, the team expects to improve their performance through fast and reliable measurements which in turn, will allow them to make accurate and repeatable adjustments and fine-tuning to the car's set-up between races.

When not racing, Mat's championship leading car will also be given the total Hunter treatment at the Motorbase Performance headquarters in Kent.

Revealed: Driving Theory Test’s Toughest Questions

The news comes four months ahead of significant changes to the theory test. On 1 January 2012, all driving theory tests will use questions from an unpublished test bank.
